What we solve

Technology that fits the way your company works

We do not sell technology because it is trendy. We start from the specific problem holding you back and pick the right tool to solve it.

Business processes

Before writing a line of code we understand how your operation works: who does what, where time gets lost and what information is missing to make decisions. With that, we agree with you on what to improve first.

Custom development

When off-the-shelf software falls short, we build a system that follows the way you work. It is fully web-based, runs on any device and connects to your invoicing, payment methods and the tools you already use.

Automation

Manual data entry, spreadsheets and copy-pasting between systems start happening on their own. Fewer mistakes, timely alerts and reports that put themselves together.

Consulting and our own products

We give you an honest view before you invest: sometimes the best advice is not to spend. And if one of our products (Vendor ERP, Gridio or Agenvia) already solves what you need, you can start using it today.

How we work

From first contact to go-live

1

Conversation and discovery

A no-commitment conversation to understand your business, your processes and what is holding you back. If you fill in the brief, we come in with more context.

2

Scope proposal

We present what we propose to solve, how and in what order, so you can decide with all the information on the table.

3

Development in stages

We start with what is most urgent for you and add modules as the business grows. Each stage is validated with you.

4

Go-live and ongoing support

We train your team, support the rollout and stay available after delivery.

What to expect

A working relationship, not a sale

  • You talk to the people who design and build your system, not to a call center.
  • Every solution is designed for your specific operation, not from a template.
  • Well-grounded recommendations, built around your problem and your budget.
  • Your data in the cloud, secure and backed up.
  • Decisions that will not leave you locked in or outdated six months from now.
